Terms and Conditions for the geegs beta program

Welcome to the Geegs Beta Program. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Beta Program. By registering to participate in the Beta Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Beta Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and geegs ("geegs", "we", "us” “our"). By participating in the geegs beta program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate in the Beta Program

1. Program Overview
   The Program is designed to test the functionality and usability of the geegs platform (the "Platform") prior to its public launch. Participants in the Program will have the opportunity to test and provide feedback on the Platform during its beta testing phase. This program also does a user snapshot (off-chain and on-chain) for each phase of the beta which will be used for future a future token airdrop.
2. Participation Requirements
   To participate in the Program, you must:
   - Have a self-custody digital wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to connect to the Platform
   - Be willing to provide feedback on the Platform during the beta testing phase
3. Data Collection
   By participating in the Program, you agree to provide geegs with the necessary data to improve the Platform. geegs will collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://geegs.xyz/privacy
4. Token Airdrop
   As a thank you for participating in the Program, each phase of the beta unlocks a percentage of allocation for the token airdrop. Participants who complete all three phases of the beta testing will be eligible to receive the full allocation of tokens during the $GEEGS airdrop.
5. Snapshot Requirements
   To be eligible for the token airdrop, participants must meet the following snapshot requirements:
   - Phase 1: Sign up for the Program before the deadline
   - Phase 2: Connect their digital wallet to the Platform and create and deploy at least one Tokenized Employment Contract (TEC) on the testnet version of the Platform before the deadline
   - Phase 3: Test the dispute resolution mechanics and provide feedback on the Platform during the the final testnet phase.
6. Ownership of Feedback
   By providing feedback on the Platform during the beta testing phase, you acknowledge and agree that geegs will own all rights, title and interest in and to any and all feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information provided by you.
7. Limitations of Liability
   geegs will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Program, including but not limited to any use or inability to use the Platform or any interruption, delay or failure in the transmission of any information related to the Program.
8. Modifications
   geegs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
9. Termination
   geegs reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
10. Entire Aggrement
    These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and the geegs platform regarding the use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements between you and the platform.

Note: The snapshot requirements in Section 5 ensure that only those who actively participate and provide feedback throughout the entire beta testing phase will be eligible for the token airdrop.
