Collection of Information
When you use Geegs to create a Tokenised Employment Contract (TEC), we collect information such as your preferred name, email address and other information necessary to create and deploy the TEC on a web3 blockchain network. We may also collect information such as your public blockchain address, IP address, browser type, and device information.
Use of Information
We use the information collected to create and deploy the TEC on a web3 blockchain network, to provide support and customer service, and to improve our services. We may also use the information to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions related to web3 technologies.
Storage of Information
We store your information securely on our servers and on the Ethereum blockchain network, which are located in secure data centers and decentralized nodes. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration on both traditional and decentralized systems.
Sharing of Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights or the rights of others. We may share your information with our service providers who assist us in providing our services, such as payment processors, hosting providers, and customer service providers, including those that operate on web3 networks.
Built as an on-chain application, geegs is built as part of a smart contract blockchain and deployed on the Ethereum network. For geegs to run, it uses a suite of web3 tech including but not limited to the Ethereum distributed ledged and virtual machine, decentralized storage service, and custom audited smart contracts. These technologies enable us to create and deploy TECs trustlessly and securely, with escrowed payments.
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
